Your new hospital will be located on Holy Cross Parkway, a new street developed by the City of Mishawaka that runs from Edison Lakes Parkway to Douglas Road. A total of 90 acres, the campus includes a park area with ponds, fountains and walkways.
At the core of the campus is a large, two-story diagnostic and outpatient treatment center, which includes:

- Surgery & Cath lab
- Interventional Cardiology
- Conferencing Areas

Every inch of the new 633,000-square foot facility was designed to maximize patient safety and increase efficiency for those who provide care.
Directly to the north of the hospital is a medical office building for physician offices, owned by Indianapolis-based healthcare real estate company BremnerDuke. To provide easy access for patients and physicians, the medical office building is connected to the hospital via walkways on the first through fourth floors.
Your new hospital is designed to grow! Footprints are in place to expand the two-story diagnostic and treatment center and add another 100-bed patient tower.
